Over the years, MIL Controls Limited has established its presence across all dominant industry segments in India. Thermal Power Major Thermal Power Stations in India like NTPC or State Electricity Board utility, have sizeable population of MIL Control Valves in critical applications like BFP Recirculation, Feed Water Control RH/ SH/ PRDS Spray and Soot Blower Pressure Reduction etc. Recent projects executed by MIL in the Energy sector includes

Energy sector
MIL’s credentials have proved that its Control Valves can deliver high performances at both Captive Power plants and Utility Power plants including super critical units. Today MIL is among the preferred suppliers for world renowned Power OEMS/End users like BHEL, ALSTOM, DOOSAN, THERMAX, IJT, ANSALDO, MSPGCL, and L&T in many critical applications like BFP Recirculation, Feed Water control, RH/SH/PRDS Spray, Soot Blower Pressure Reduction.
MIL is also geared to serve the upcoming Super Critical Power Plants with strategic alliances with world-renowned manufacturers for Control Valves and HP-LP Bypass Stations.
Nuclear sector
During 1995, MIL executed orders for critical applications like atmospheric Steam Dump/Condensate discharge for Nuclear Power Corporation of India (NPCIL).
Some of the recent orders are, Primary Heat Transfer & Moderator System Control valves for its first 2x540 MWe Project at Tarapur (Units 3&4), and Primary & Secondary System control valves for 4x210MWe KAIGA 3&4/RAPP 5&6.
This is one of the largest single orders in the Indian energy sector for Control Valves where more than 4000 numbers Bellows Sealed valves and Control valves were supplied.
Oil & Gas sector
Control Valves have become key components in offshore and onshore Oil & Gas Industry, both upstream and downstream where applications are demanding due to the high pressure and adverse corrosive conditions experienced on production platforms and refineries.
Among the major orders from this sector, significant ones were from Cairn Energy Pvt. Limited and from Toyo Engineering Corporation for IOCL Panipat’s Naphta Cracker Complex.
MIL’s clientele in this critical sector also includes stalwarts like Oil & Natural Gas Limited (ONGC), Gas Authority of India Limited (GAIL) etc other than refineries.
Hydrocracker units, DHDT units, PXPTA units are some of the other projects for which MIL Control valves were supplied to various refineries of Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), HPCL Mittal Energy Limited (HMEL), Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited (CPCL), Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), Bongaigoan Refinery Petrochemicals Limited (BRPL), Bharat Oman Refinery Limited (BORL), etc.
Fertiliser sector
Our Ammonia, Urea Let down valves and Low noise valves for steam applications are being used at renowned facilities like Krishak Bharathi Corporation Ltd, IFFCO, Indo-Gulf Fertiliser Corporation Ltd, Mangalore Chemical & Fertilisers Ltd, Zuari Industries to name a few.
