At MIL, we do not just make control valves. We engineer Solutions through our customized sizing software tool - Solutioneering. Be it a Boiler Feed Pump Min. Recirculation for Thermal Power stations or an Anti-Surge valve for Refineries or a highly critical application in Aero-spare research or Nuclear Power Station, MIL can offer the optimum solution.
MIL uses advanced 3D Modeling & Analysis (CFD) Software to optimize and technically validate the major design parameters for Control Valves like Flow Path Contouring of Valve Body, Contoured Plug Profile & Cage Window Design etc. These design outputs can be easily programmed in NC machines ensuring high degree of accuracy and repeatability in manufacturing.

In May 2000, MIL achieved a milestone in Development efforts, when it unveiled the MATRIX   series of Extreme pressure, Multi-stage, Multi-path, Axial flow Control Valves which has been designed to kill up to 420 kg/cm2 pressure in 40 stages. This ingenious and unique design has a progressively declining resistance flow path and is designed to eliminate cavitation and limit velocity in severe service conditions.
