MIL manufacturing facilities include up-to-date production techniques with machines and tooling of highest accuracy; established welding techniques and sophisticated quality control of international standards. The machining and assembly line has a capacity to churn out valves, its accessories and level instruments in thousands per annum. Plant set amidst 22 acres of coconut and cashew plantations has ample space for future expansion.

Machine Shop
MIL Controls Machine shop is well equipped with the most modern machines, which can machine valve bodies of sizes from ½”to 20”. Special purpose machines, include burnishing machine for super finishing operations and vertical turret Lathe with digital read on (DRO), for higher size body machining.


Quality Control
Sophisticated testing equipments have been employed to ensure highest quality of the final products. To name a few, these are Edwards U. K. make helium mass spectrometer, Nikon Japan make Profile Projecter, Carl Mahr Germany make Digital height gauge, Hommelwerke Germany make surface roughness tester, C.E. Johansson Switzerland make Roundness Tester etc.)


Assembly Line
Assembly shop floor, houses an array of test benches, ranging from 25T to 300T, which can handle, bigger size valves up to 2500# pressure ratings. Valve performance is checked, using calibration trolleys, equipped with imported fine pressure gauges and calibrators.
